The Montreux Detroit Collection, Volume One: Late Model Bop

Vinyl LP: "The Montreux Detroit Collection, Volume One: Late Model Bop"; containing live recordings of The Charles Boles Quintet, Roy Brooks and the Artistic Truth, and The Cass Tech Reunion featuring, Kenn Cox, Marcus Belgrave, Kamau Kenyatta, and Jaribu Shahid from the 1982 and 1983 Montreux Detroit Jazz Festivals. The album was released by Montreux/Detroit Records, and produced by the Stroh Brewery Company, and Eastern Michigan University's radio station WEMU.

The record is still sealed in the original shrink-wrap. Its cover features images of the festival's 1980, 1981, 1982, and 1983 posters against a white background. The back cover features linear notes by Jim Dulzo of WEMU and the Detroit News. A note on the back cover dedicates the album to the memory of Sonny Redd.
