One Santa Bear stuffed animal which was sold as a promotional item by the Dayton Hudson Company as part of their 1998 Christmas holiday marketing campaign. The teddy bear toy is made of white polyester fiber with black plastic eyes and a black plastic nose. It is wearing a Santa Claus costume which includes a red velvet hat that has simulated white sheepskin trim, a white pom pom on the top end, and an embroidered patch on the front with text that reads "Santabear, 1998." Also included is a matching red velvet jacket with a hood as well as a vinyl simulated black leather belt with a brass buckle. The jacket is trimmed with simulated white sheepskin along the edges of the hood, the cuffs, and bottom edge. A price tag in the amount of $37.50 is attached to the right ear. In addition, a white fabric tag on the underside has black text that shows the manufacturer's name, address, material description, and registration details. The Santa Bear also comes with a green satin toy bag that has a gold-colored braided drawstring. The bag is filled with three small beanbag toys that have been wrapped in red, green, and purple fabric with gold-colored ribbons/bows to resemble Christmas presents. The bear comes with a white plastic bag that is printed with multi-color images of Santabear on the outside and has a white drawstring at the top.
