Ashtray
One small ashtray from the passenger steamship, SS Tadoussac, of Canada Steamship Lines. The round ashtray is made of glazed white china. It has curved sides and a scalloped top edge that has a narrow gold-colored stripe. Just below the top edge, a narrow brown stripe that resembles a tree branch, encircles the ashtray. Multi-color images of leaves hang from this branch toward the center of the tray. Brown script text at the center reads "S.S. Tadoussac, Canada." Brown printed text on the underside reads "Canada Steamship Lines," and "Royal Chelsea English Bone China, Made in England."
