Bag, Money

One money bag used by the "Dayton-Hudson" department stores. The bag is made of black nylon and has a zipper along one of the long edges. A deep pouch is sewn on the outside of the bag and has the "Dayton-Hudson" name stamped in white lettering near the lower edge. The bag was used by cashiers to carry money to store cash registers at the beginning of a shift and to remove cash, checks, and charge slips from registers at the end of a shift. A paper label inside the bag show "DTCO., Inc., Fond du Lac, WI, (414) 923-4780."
