Binder, Ring
One 3-ring binder containing informational materials about the "Distinguished Clown Corps" of the Detroit Thanksgiving Day Parade. The binder has a white vinyl hardcovers with a clear window pocket on the front that contains two pieces of Clown Corps stationery (one letter and one envelope). The binder contains 18 sheets of black paper that have clear acetate protective covers. Sample pieces of stationery, clown recruitment letters, donation forms, and photos are arranged in a presentation format and glued onto both sides of the black paper sheets. Two separate "Distinguished Clown Corps, Clown Recruitment Kit" folders are located at the back of the binder. The folders include pieces of blank stationery, clown recruitment instructions, and parade buttons. Materials in the binder are dated from 1984 to 1986.
