One pocket-size book entitled "The New Testament of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ; Translated out of the Original Greek; and with the Former Translations Diligently Compared and Revised." The softcover book has a tan/green cloth cover that shows "New Testament" in the upper left corner and has an inverted triangle printed in the lower right corner. The first page has a handwritten ink inscription that shows "Presented by - The Am. Bible Soc'y, Mrs. J. Munro [Catherine] Smith, 9136 Lafayette W., Detroit, Mich." The book contains 612 pages of printed text that includes the books of the New Testament. It was printed by the American Bible Society, New York, and is dated 1917.
