Bowl, Serving
One serving bowl from the bulk carrier, SS William P. Snyder, of the Shenango Furnace Company. The oval-shaped bowl is made of heavyweight, white glazed china. It has a flat, narrow, upturned rim with a thickened outer edge, and gently-curved sides that form a short base. Two narrow green stripes encircle the top surface of the rim and a single narrow green stripe encircles the inside at the base. A small red/white/blue image of the company flag is stamped at the center of one of the long sides. The underside is stamped with green text that reads "O.P. Co. [Onondaga Pottery Company], Syracuse China" and "1-X."
