Silver-plated collar button box. The top lid has an engraving which reads, "Here's Your" and "H.E.P." A small knob on the lower right corner is on the top lid to pull it up. A pressed design of swirling leaves and flowers is on four sides. The bottom has four small legs. The bottom has two stamped logos, which read, "Quadruple Plate / Homan Silver Plate Co." and "Special Metal." The inside is plain metal.
