One deck of "Detroit Is Winning!" playing cards which promoted the re-election of Detroit Mayor Kwame M. Kilpatrick. The standard-size playing cards are made of heavyweight white plastic-coated paper. The front side of each card is printed in white, black, and yellow text on a green background and reads "Detroit Is Winning!" and "Our Mayor Kwame M. Kilpatrick, Standing Strong ... For Detroit! Continue the Progress, Vote Nov. 8." The verso of each card features a color photographic image of Mayor Kilpatrick on a white background along with printed text that highlights various accomplishments. Playing card numbers/letters and suit symbols are printed in the upper left and lower right corners. The deck of cards are held in a white cardboard box. A white paper label on the box exterior repeats the text from the front of the cards along with small black printed text that reads "Paid for by Kilpatrick for Mayor, P.O. Box 44710, Detroit, MI 48244."
