Chair, Side
One side chair from a stateroom on the Detroit and Cleveland Navigation Company passenger steamer CITY OF DETROIT III. The mahogany wood chair is stained dark brown and has a semi-gloss lacquer finish. It has a wicker seat, four tapered square legs, and a curved back with a Hepplewhite shield design. A deteriorated paper tag can be seen on the underside back of the chair, but the text is mostly unreadable.
