Coat

One lady's black velvet evening coat. The full-length coat has an attached ermine capelet and a stand-up collar that has decorative brown and black hook/eye closures located at the front center. The coat has long sleeves with button and loop closures located at the wrists. It also has an interior ribbon tie and loop closure and the exterior has two covered buttons located at the waist. Lined with black satin, the coat contains the manufacturer's label that reads "Jacobson's Distinctive Apparel." The coat has a matching muff (object number 1961.113.002).
