Coffeepot
One single-service coffeepot from the dining room of the tanker, SINCLAIR MILWAUKEE, of the Sinclair Refining Company. The pot is made of heavyweight glazed china in a light ivory color. It has a narrow top with a short curved spout, a circular removable lid, a gold-colored stripe along the top edge, and a decorative handle with a narrow gold-colored stripe on the outside. The lid has narrow green and gold-colored stripes along the outer edge. Also, the pot has gently-curved sides that flare outward slightly to form a rounded bottom with a short circular base. A dark green stripe with gold-colored edging encircles the pot at the midpoint. At a break in the stripe on the front, a green oil derrick logo is shown along with the name, "Sinclair." The underside is stamped with black text that reads "Ivory, Walker China, Vitrified," and "Bedford, Ohio, 4-35."
