Coffeepot

One small coffeepot from the dining room of the tanker, LAKESHELL, of Shell Canadian Tankers, Ltd. The pot is made of heavyweight white glazed china. It has a narrow top with a curved spout, a circular removable lid, a maroon stripe along the top edge, and a tall curved handle. The depressed lid has knob at the center and a maroon stripe along the outer edge. Also, the pot has straight sides that taper outward to form a wide flat botton. A maroon stripe encircles the pot at the top edge and a maroon shell logo is stamped on the front beneath the stripe. The underside is stamped with black text that reads "Made in England, Sampson Bridgwood" and "D E, Lifelong Ironstone."
