The reverse has raised text that reads "La-Z-Boy - England/Corsair - La-Z-Boy Business Furniture - Kincaid - Hammary - La-Z-Boy Canada, Ltd." and "In Appreciation of Your Contributions." The coin has a reeded edge and is contained in a clear plastic snap-lock case.
