Crate
One Risdon Bros., Inc., delivery crate. The crate has wood slats on the sides and on the bottom. The end panels are made of solid wood and have cutouts near the top for handles. The side panels are stamped with unpainted pressed text that reads "Property of Risdon Bros., Inc., Detroit, 1-56" and "Deposit 1.00." Edges on the end panels are reinforced with strips of galvanized steel that have been nailed in place.
