Decoy

One hand made goose decoy. The decoy has a flat, oval-shaped wood base, a carved wood neck and head, interior ribs made of steel wire, and a heavy canvas covering over the body. It has been finished with black/white/gray paint and depicts a Canada Goose. Steel staples have been used to attach the canvas along the underside edge of the wood base. In addition, steel tacks have been used to attach a strip of canvas reinforcing tape along the edge of the wood base and to hold the canvas around the bottom of the goose neck. Hand carved text on the decoy underside reads "Ron Toth."
