One display board that was presented to Robert F. Weber who was the president of Kiwanis International in 1969-1970. The rectangular display board is made of white foam board and shows nine envelopes with colorful stamps which have a Kiwanis International cancellation mark. The board is covered with clear plastic. Red and black printed text at the top of the board reads "Philippine Provisional Kiwanis District, A Philatelic Collection of Election Slogan Canceller, Our Contribution to the Campaign for Free, Orderly, and Honest Election this November 11, 1969." Black printed text at the bottom of the display board reads "Presents to Mr. Robert F. Weber, International President, Kiwanis International during his visit to Manila, October 20, 1969." The lower left corner is signed by "Anselmo T. del Rosario, Philippine District Governor," and the lower right corner is signed by "Alfonso L. Jazmines, Kiwanis Club of Quezon City."
