Woman's linen dress. The A-line style dress is of a natural linen color. It has a jewel neckline with a 3/4-inch wide band of medium blue linen for trim. The dress has short, set-in sleeves, two patch pockets at the front, a zipper closure at the back, and a hemline that ends just below the knee. The tops of each pocket are finished with medium blue bands which match the neckline trim. The dress includes a matching belt of natural and medium blue linen. The belt has two snaps and a large violet button for closure at the front. The dress is lined in white silk. Label on inside lower side seam: Norman Norell, New York.
