Woman's dark blue velvet dress. The dress has a long jacket or coat with a black velvet stand-up collar, tight long sleeves, side pockets trimmed with beaded buttons and black grosgrain ribbon, buttons down the front, a black quilted lining, and a hemline ending below the knee. The center front is trimmed with black lace, jet beads, and black grosgrain ribbon. The cuffs are trimmed with black lace and jet beads. The jacket has two flaps in back that are each trimmed with three large beaded buttons. The dress includes a full-length skirt made of black taffeta that has a slight train, a hook/eye closure at the front, a hidden side pocket, and two wide dark blue velvet ruffles along the bottom edge.
