Woman's 2-piece dress of black and white, narrow-striped, light cotton fabric. The long overblouse has a narrow, stand-up collar, long fitted sleeves, eleven black buttons with faceted surfaces down the center front, and a fitted waist. The cuffs and bottom edge of the overblouse are trimmed with matching fabric ruffles. The full skirt has a drawstring waist and a wide ruffle along the bottom that is edged with black binding tape.
