Lady's two-piece cotton dress with a print design of small white circles and flowers on a black background. The bodice has a high neck with a small pointed collar, long fitted sleeves with plain cuffs, 17 round black faceted buttons down the center front, a fitted waist with short pleated panels at the center back, and a tan cotton fabric lining. The full skirt has a pleated and gathered overskirt in front and on the side, a bustle in the back along with a separate pannier that is attached at the waist, and button closures at the waist. No manufacturer's labels are visible.
