Dress

One lady's cover-up dress for beach or pool wear. The sleeveless, knee-length ,chemise style dress is made of white tulle fabric. It has a roll-over collar, a deep V neck, fine vertical tucks in the bodice, and a ruffled hem. Edges have black cotton bias piping. The skirt, front, and collar have applique roses of red, yellow and purple cotton. No manufacturer's labels are shown.
(With an appropriate underslip, the dress might have been worn a lightweight summer dress rather than as a cover-up.)
