Dress

Woman's cotton print summer dress. The sleeveless dress has a round neckline without a collar and eleven mother-of-pearl buttons down the front. It has four vertical rows of stitched tucks on each side of the front buttons. The tucks have been topstitched in blue thread. The fabric print pattern consists of various small birds in blue, brown, and gold colors with green leaves on a cream background. A separate self-tie belt is included which is made of the same fabric as used in the dress. Three labels at the inside back of neck show: "The Villager," "Lord & Taylor, Fifth Avenue," and "16."
