Ensemble

One lady's dress and jacket ensemble made of a lightweight silk floral brocade fabric that has off-white flowers with gold-colored leaves on a light green background. The sleeveless sheath-style dress has shoulder straps with buttons on top, a V-neckline, a high waist, a zipper closure on the left side, a rayon/acetate lining, and a hemline ending at the knee. The jacket has a pointed collar with short lapels, long sleeves with plain cuffs, a double-breasted front with six decorative gold-colored plastic buttons, a rayon/acetate lining, and a straight cut on the hemline. The ensemble was made by Ruth Joyce although a maker's label is not shown.
