Flag

One folded American flag in display case. The triangular case has a wood frame that has been stained in a dark brown color. The front of the case has a clear acrylic panel which displays the blue field and white stars of the American flag. The back of the case has a removable cardboard panel that has two hooks which would allow the case to be hung on a wall. Three adhesive manufacturer's labels are attached to the back panel. The top label shows "Made in China. Structural Industries, 2950 Veterans Memorial Hwy., Bohemia, NY 11716 USA." The other two labels indicate manufacturing compliance and a date of manufacture.

The flag was draped over the casket of Dr. Jack Kevorkian in recognition of his military service during the Korean War. His funeral service took place at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery on June 10, 2011.
