Flag

One flag to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the Parke-Davis Company. The flag is made of nylon and wool fabric and has three sewn horizontal stripes. The upper and lower stripes are narrow and are dark red. The wide center stripe is white and has been printed with red text that reads "PD, Medicamenta Vera" and "1866-1966, 100th Anniversary." The hoist edge of the flag has been reinforced with 1.5-inch wide white canvas tape and one brass grommet is located in each of the upper and lower corners. An adhesive label on the canvas tape reads "The Name Annin Guarantees Quality" and "Nylanin, 75% Nylon, 25% Wool Bunting." Seams along the top and bottom edges have been double-sewn for greater fabric strength. The seam along the outer edge has been triple-sewn.
