Grater

One nutmeg grater. The grater has a large wood base handle with a circular grater plate on top. The top mechanism has a hinged press arm with a small wood handle at the end. A small compartment near the handle holds the nutmeg in place while the arm is pressed against the grater plate and turned in a circular motion. The grater plate and top mechanism are made of steel and the small handle is made of wood. No manufacturer's name or marks are visible.
