Handcuff
One set of handcuffs carried by Detroit Police officer, Joseph A. Troyanek. The handcuffs are made of heavy gauge stamped steel that has a chrome-plated finish. The handcuffs are joined together with three chain links and each handcuff has a small keyhole on the side near the base. The bottom edge of each handcuff is stamped "Japan," but no manufacturer's marks are shown.
