Handkerchief

One souvenir handkerchief from "Detroit's 250th Birthday" celebration. The handkerchief is made of lightweight white cotton fabric which has a scalloped edge that has been serged with white thread. The cotton has been printed with eight pink/black drawings that depict popular landmarks in the city and surrounding area. A multicolor drawing at the center of the handkerchief shows the front end of an automobile with Cadillac in the driver's seat and a Native American in the passenger's seat. A large yellow banner reads "Detroit's 250th Birthday." No manufacturer's labels are shown.
