Hat

One man's derby (bowler) style hat. The hat is made of black wool and has a black grosgrain ribbon headband on the exterior with a bow on the left side. The edges of the brim are slightly upturned on the left and right sides. The interior is unlined and a decorative label at the center reads "Dickerson & Company, Fashionable Hatters, Detroit." A brown leather interior headband is stamped with gold-colored text on the left side that reads "Dickerson & Co., Detroit," and the initials, "W.K.M." Embossed text on the right side of the interior headband reads "The Crofut & Knapp Co., New York."
