Hat, Pillbox
One lady's pillbox style hat. The rounded, dome-shaped hat is made of a glossy dark navy blue straw-like fabric that has been woven in a circular pattern. A 1.5-inch wide hatband of navy blue woven cotton fabric is glued along the lower edge of the hat and is finished with a bow at the back. A similar 1-inch wide fabric is sewn along the inside lower edge as a headband. A sewn label on the inside headband has text that reads "Betmar, New York, Paris."
