Iron

Iron with base:
(a) Electric iron; made of iron; long, narrow iron-shaped; long black wooden handle mounted on top; pocket for electrical plug (missing) placed directly behind handle; top of iron has a finish resembling coarse-grained leather; oval trademark between the handle bases reads: "American Electrical Heater Co., Detroit, U.S.A." Text incised in iron top at front reads: "No. 20-P." Has a highly polished plate at back of iron that is marked: "Volts 95-104 Amp. 7 Clamp Betweeen Asbestos and Top."
(b) Base is shaped to match iron with nine large holes for ventilation and rests on small iron pegs.
