Lamp, Oil
Drummond Patent Lard Oil Tin Lamp: painted bronze and converted for electrical use. The lamp has a wide circular base with a shaft that extends from the center and narrows closer to the top edge. There is a handle on the shaft. Lard oil was put into the reservoir through the side until it was retrofitted for electrical use with a cord and bulb. Bought by A.S. Hampton in May 1906 from Winslow Standish. The bottom reads, "Drummond's Patent 1846."
