Medal, Commemorative
One bronze commemorative medal. The circular medal has an embossed figure of Brittania, who is holding a trident and a wreath. Two fish are swimming nearby and a lion is standing at the base of the medal. Text along the perimeter of the medal shows "He died for Freedom and Honour." A rectangular plaque shows the name, "Homer Emmet Smith." The reverse is blank and contains no images or text. The medal is contained in a heavy cardboard envelope.
