Mug, Coffee

One souvenir coffee mug which features the American Steamship Company. The mug is made of heavyweight white glazed china. It is cylindrical in shape with vertical sides, a rounded top edge, a beveled bottom edge, and a tall oval-shaped handle on the side. A narrow gold-colored stripe encircles the top edge of the mug. On opposite sides, an oval-shaped multi-color image is printed which shows an elevated starboard bow view of the self-unloader, American Republic, which is underway in fair weather. Black text beneath the image reads "American Steamship Company." No manufacturer's name or marks are shown.
