Mug, Coffee

One souvenir coffee mug which features the passenger steamship, RMS Segwun, of the Muskoka Lakes Navigation and Hotel Company, Ltd., Gravenhurst, Ontario The mug is made of heavyweight white glazed china. It is cylindrical in shape with vertical sides, a rounded top edge, a flat bottom, and a rectangular handle on the side. On one side of the mug, a black and white image of a 36-cent Canadian postage stamp is shown that depicts a starboard side view of the RMS Segwun. A red postmark shows "RMS Segwun, Gravenhurst, Ont.," and "July 21, 1987," which was the date of the town centennial. Large red text beneath the stamp image reads "Muskoka." A black maple leaf logo is printed on the underside and along with text reads "Decorated in Canada by Souvenir Canada."
