Lightship Huron

One souvenir coffee mug which features the lightship, Huron. The mug is made of heavyweight white glazed china. It is cylindrical in shape with vertical sides, a slightly flared top edge, a beveled bottom edge, and a stylized rectangular handle on the side. On one side of the mug, a black and white, square image is printed which shows a starboard side view of the lightship which is on station in calm waters. Black text beneath the image reads "Lightship Huron." Black printed text on the opposite side of the mug reads "Lightship Huron, WLV-526, Home Port - Port Huron, Michigan, U.S. Coast Guard, Length 97' - Beam 24' - Depth 11', Horsepower 340 - Built 1921," and "Copyright 1984 Wiersma & Associates." Raised text on the underside reads "Made in England."
