One emblem from the hood of a 1960 Ford Galaxie or Fairlane. The front is made of chrome with a plastic insert on the back. The front of the insert reveals the name "Ford" in black text set against a gold background on the top, and the red, white, and blue emblem on the bottom. The plastic insert is not fastened in place, instead there are two short pegs on the back where the emblem would attach to the vehicle.
