Nightstick
One nightstick carried by Detroit Police officer, Joseph A. Troyanek. The nightstick is made of oak that has been stained dark brown and has a lacquer or varnish finish. The turned handle has a hand grip and a leather strap that passes through a hole near the end cap. The stick is slightly tapered and is narrower near the handle.
