Noisemaker
One New Year's Eve noisemaker party favor from the "Detroit 300" New Year's Eve celebration at Orchestra Hall on December 31, 2000. The noisemaker consists of a silver-colored, 3.25-inch diameter metal disc with a 2.25-inch long pink plastic handle. A heavy wire loop hangs loosely from bottom of disc to make noise when shaken.
