Ornament, Christmas Tree
One Santa Bear Christmas tree ornament (or pendant) which was sold as a promotional item by the Dayton Hudson Company as part of their 1994 Christmas holiday marketing campaign. The 10-year commemorative ornament (pendant) is made of cast metal that has a silverplate finish with gold-colored accents. It depicts Santa Bear in an old-fashioned "Father Christmas" style costume. The year, "94," is stamped on the left paw. The ornament (pendant) is contained in a rectangular cardboard box that has a removable lid and a black velvet interior on the bottom. The box exterior is covered with silver-colored paper. Embossed text on the top of the box lid reads "Lunt Silversmiths" and an adhesive label on the side has black printed text that reads "Lunt Silversmith, CH-DHMF50, Santa Bear."
