Overshoe
One pair of rubber overshoes worn by Detroit Police officer, Joseph A. Troyanek. The overshoes are made of black rubber and were designed to slip over dress shoes in order to protect the shoes from water or snow. The overshoes include space for a shoe heel and also have short, raised tread lines across the entire outside bottom. The insides are stamped "Made in Hong Kong." The outside bottoms are stamped "Large" along with "L" for the left overshoe and "R" for the right.
