Painting
One watercolor and gouache painting of the lightship, MILWAUKEE, and a railroad carferry (probably of the Grand Trunk Western Railway). The painting was done on artists board and shows a port quarter view of the lightship and a port side view of the car ferry which is underway on rough seas on Lake Michigan. The artist has signed his name, "Edward J. Dowling, 1936," near the lower left corner of the painting. Unframed.
