One watercolor painting of the passenger steamship, CITY OF BUFFALO, of the Cleveland & Buffalo Transit Company. The painting shows a port side view of the ship which is underway in fair weather. The artist has signed his name, "Edward J. Dowling, 1965," near the lower right corner. The painting is mounted in a lime oak wood frame with a light gray matte border and protective glass.
