Pennant. One souvenir pennant entitled "A Party for the Mayor's Fans" which was a $300/person fundraiser advertisement for one of the mayor's re-election campaigns. The pennant is printed in black and red text on a white felt background and includes a picture of Mayor Coleman Young's face.
