Pitcher, Cream

One small cream pitcher (single serving size) from the dining room of a steamship or train. The cylindrically-shaped pitcher is made of heavyweight glazed china of an ivory color. It has an open top with a rounded rim, a short spout, and straight sides that flare outward slightly to form a wider base with a rounded edge. A narrow horizontal green stripe encircles the pitcher one half inch below the top rim. A red/green "GW" logo is stamped on one side. The underside is stamped with black text that reads "Ivory" and "Walker China, Vitrified, Bedford, Ohio, 8-47."
