Large pencil drawing on yellow tracing paper of the top plan of Pullman Company's Model B, an experimental streetcar designed by John Hession, Jr. based on specifications from Dr. Clarence F. Hirshfeld of the Electric Railway Presidents' Conference Committee. The drawing was done at one inch scale for the construction of the model of the car. Clearances of several portions of the car are labeled. A caption beneath the drawing reads, "Plan View - 1 inch scale - For C.F. Hirshfeld - E.R.P.C.C., John Hession Jr. Designer."
