Plaque
One plaque showing a photographic image of a "United States Coast Guard License To U.S. Merchant Marine Officer." The license, "Serial Number 415406," was issued to "Morgan L. Howell" and was dated August 13, 1970. The license text and design has been transferred onto a thin sheet of brushed aluminum that has been mounted on a rectangular walnut base. The base has a medium brown stain and a lacquer or varnish finish. A small adhesive label on the back of the plaque shows "Chief Pontiac Photo Engraving Co., P.O. Box 149, Pontiac, Michigan 48056. Telephone 334-2421."
