Plaque, Award
One award plaque. The plaque consists of a shield-shaped base which is made of 0.75-inch thick walnut wood that is beveled along the top edge and has been finished with a semi-gloss varnish or lacquer. An engraved brass scroll is attached to the base with four small wood screws. The inscription on the scroll reads "Eastern Michigan Traffic Association, Mount Clemens, Michigan. Presidential Award Presented to Fred A. Hemmen in Consideration of His Service to the Traffic Profession, 1960."
