Plate, Butter
One small butter plate from the dining room of the bulk carrier, SS Rensselaer, of the Pittsburgh Steamship Company. The round plate is made of heavyweight, white glazed china. It has short curved sides with a rounded top edge. A red/white/blue image of the company burgee is stamped at the center of the plate. No manufacturer's name or marks are shown.
